When Trump Nominates a Handmaiden, It's Time to Get Loud
She is a member of People of Praise. They swear a lifelong oath of loyalty to one another, called a covenant, and are assigned to a person advisor who is responsible for holding them “accountable” to the tenets of the group. The men are called a “head” and the women are called a “handmaid.”
Trump’s Supreme Court nominee purposely refers to herself as a handmaid and has intentionally subjugated herself to a role that includes being dominated by a man, as well as others in her church.

Tibetan Rejuvenation Rites
Now, you can do some morning exercises, ancient Tibetan ones, five simple ones that you can even do wrong and they work ! 2,500-year old Tibetan Rites work and provide cleansing effects for your body, mind and emotions.
Tip #1. If your physical condition is average, start with just 5-7 repetitions for each of the 5 Tibetan Rites and build to the full set of 21adding 2-3 more repetitions each week.
Tip #2. Avoid doing the Rites in the evening because they build a lot of energy that lasts for hours and you’ll find it hard to fall asleep. It’s best to do these powerful, energy-generating Five Tibetan exercises early in the day. Why? Because they’ll raise your metabolism for the rest of the day and as a result, your body will burn more fat.
However, do them after your morning shower, as water dissipates the prana (life energy) that this workout builds. If you do the Tibetan 5 Rites correctly you should not sweat, so not showering after them shouldn’t be a problem.
Tip #3. Perform the 5 Tibetans on an empty stomach, in a well-ventilated area(outside if possible, but NOT in the sun) and wear comfortable, loose clothing.
TIP: For the first rite, To avoid getting dizzy, keep your eyes fixed on one point, for example your right hand’s little finger.

After you complete the exercises, simply walk around and stretch a bit for half a minute and then go on about your day.

Alarmingly, the study also found that more than 82% of African-Americans were deficient in the vitamin, as well as 62% of Latinx individuals. These populations have been shown to be more susceptible to Covid-19 infectionthan others. A multitude of factors is likely responsible for these disparities. Higher levels of Vitamin D deficiency, however, may be one of those factors.

Dr. Holick of Boston University recommends… saying in a report in Boston 25 News that the proper dose is “Infants 400 to 1000 units a day, children 600 to 1000 units a day. And teenagers, in my opinion, should be treated like adults: 1500–2000 units a day…If you’re obese you need two to three times more.”
