Australian Senator Who Opposes Vaccine Mandate Escorted To Quarantine Hotel: “This Has Been Premeditated”
South Australian Senator Alex Antic was taken into hotel quarantine under police escort in Adelaide on Thursday night. The senator who has been very vocal against vaccine mandates is now forced to quarantine for two weeks.
The bizarre incident comes after Prime Minister Scott Morrison insisted in an interview last Friday that the senator has received both doses of the COVID vaccine.

camp australia: the brochure vs reality
are deceptive advertising laws a thing in australia? (asking for 25 million friends)
we start here with the brochure for “everything is lovely” from Claire lehmann, an Australian publisher and political commentator who quickly rubbished conspirators theorists claims. She said that she just discovered a hashtag on Instagram with hot babes posing at Howard Springs and calling it a concentration camp.
…these are clearly staged. these are members of the olympic team taking contrived shots and posing in (relatively) pampered happiness quite possibly because they’re told to. it is, literally, a set of instagram shots from august.
believing these is like believing that everyone on a carnival cruise ship looks like ryan reynolds and not like a bacon sculpture of a bison from the missouri state fair.
certain question arise such as “why would one feel a need to escape from such an idyll?”
perhaps because, predictably, reality turns out to be somewhat different:
Australian Hayley Hodgson was placed in a Covid internment camp despite testing negative for the virus She was confined to a box for 14 days, offered valium when she complained about confinement, and lost her job "You feel like you're in prison..."
(from unherd: Hayley Hodgson, 26, moved to Darwin from Melbourne to escape the never-ending lockdowns — only to find herself locked up in a Covid Internment Camp without even having the virus.
She’s just returned from a 14-day detention at Howard Springs, the 2000-capacity Covid camp outside Darwin to which regional Covid cases are transported by the authorities. In an exclusive interview with Freddie Sayers, she recounted her experiences.
It all began when a friend of hers tested positive. She recounts how investigators came to her home shortly afterwards, having run the numberplate of her scooter to identify her as a ‘close contact’. They asked if she had done a Covid test, and in the moment she lied and said she had, when she in fact had not yet. This set in motion an extraordinary series of events.
“So then the police officers blocked my driveway,” she says. “I walked out and I said, “what’s going on, are you guys testing me for COVID? What’s happening?” They said, “no, you’re getting taken away. And you have no choice. You’re going to Howard Springs. You either come with us now, and we’ll put you in the back of the divvy van. Or you can have a choice to get a ‘COVID jab’… I just said, “I don’t consent to this. I don’t understand why I can’t just self-isolate at home, like a lot of other people are doing.” And they just said, “we’ve just been told from higher up where to take you. And that’s all that there is.”
She was ordered to pack a bag and was told that she could be released once she tested negative. Collected in the back of a rented van, she was then transported to Howard Springs. On arrival, she was told that she would have to stay there for the full 14 days.
You literally get put on the back of a golf buggy with your bags. And these people are in hazmat suits and everything. They don’t want to come near you because they think you’re infectious. And they literally drop you to your room. And they leave you. They don’t come and say anything, they don’t check up, they don’t do anything. You get delivered your meals once a day. And you are just left.
- HAYLEY HODGSON, UNHERDTV
She was tested three times during the 14 days, and on each occasion tested negative.
At one stage she was disciplined for leaving the confines of her cabin without a mask and was threatened with a $5000 AUD fine. On another occasion, she told how she was offered Valium to calm her down.)
…the australian camps ARE concentration camps. they are just not auschwitz or (bergen) belsen. (though boy are they trotting out a similar set of justifications and one might legitimately raise some slippery slope issues here…)
perhaps they are more like what the US did to the japanese during ww2 or 20 other historical examples.
perhaps one might argue “we’re just taking your freedom for 2 weeks!” stop me if you’ve heard THAT one before…
but this hardly renders them benign and to post bikini frolic photos of them to make it look like club med seems the far more misleading and dishonest of the takes.
…a genuine press should be hostile to politicians. they should challenge and find fault. this is the duty and the calling of the 4th estate.
alas, this sort of muckracking has been deader than disco for decades. we’re seeing the late stage devolution of the media as they regress from being wolves to lapdogs.
but this just opens up that portion of the ecosystem to new entrants to play the same role.
media outlets are playing the propaganda game from decades ago and cannot seem to learn that they are not the only ones who get to speak anymore. and it only serves to hasten their demine as they rush and clamor to set what tattered remnants of their credibility remain on fire.
i struggle to believe that claire did not know what she was doing.
…hey may stomp around all they like, but they will never catch us. we are too nimble and too quick. we are fruitful while they are barren.
this is why the future is ours.
help push this process along and regain a functioning infosphere because there is one thing that you can know for certain:
when the state and the media start riding around in the same car, it will inevitably and always be driven right over we the people…
Join an ‘SOS From Australia’ Event Near You
Reignite Democracy Australia and Children’s Health Defense are calling on leaders throughout the world on Dec. 4 to participate in “SOS from Australia,” an event aimed at denouncing the undemocratic restrictions imposed on the citizens of Australia.

“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” — Martin Luther King, Jr.
Reignite Democracy Australia and Children’s Health Defense (CHD) are calling on leaders throughout the world on Dec. 4 to participate in “SOS from Australia,” an event aimed at denouncing the undemocratic restrictions imposed on the citizens of Australia.
CHD invites other organizations and individuals worldwide to show their support for Australians by showing up at the nearest Australian consulate or embassy and making a “Declaration of Solidarity.”
Watch this plea for help:
Participants in the Dec. 4 event will demand the Australian government create reasonable options for International travel and put an end to lockdowns, mandatory vaccinations and exorbitant fines for business and individuals related to “COVID-safe” measures.
“Our new Australian chapter, launching this month, will provide much needed information, advocacy and hope for all Australians during these unprecedented times,” said Karen McDonough, CHD chapter coordinator.
Australia has been home to some of the most oppressive COVID restrictions in the world. In late October, Melbourne celebrated the end of the world’s longest lockdown. For 262 days, its citizens were subject to a curfew between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m., and were not permitted to travel more than three miles from home.
Under Melbourne’s “zero-tolerance” policy, residents were permitted to leave home only to shop for essentials, get vaccinated, exercise for a maximum of two hours, attend “authorized” work or education, provide caregiving or seek medical help.
Much of the country endured strictly enforced outdoor mask mandates and heavy fines for violating COVID restrictions.
Australians now find themselves at the mercy of strict regulations and a new wave of draconian rules. Fears over the new Omicron variant have brought new travel bans and quarantine orders as the country is again on alert.
According to a Reignite Democracy Australia press release:
“Australians are facing unprecedented Government actions that have robbed us of our fundamental rights and freedoms – all enforced with extreme aggression by the Police Force. Many Australians no longer feel safe in our once-democratic country.”
In August, there was a nationwide manhunt for a 27-year-old man deemed “public health enemy No. 1” after he allegedly broke quarantine after a positive PCR test.
In New South Wales, dogs that were slated to be rescued were shot and killed to prevent people from traveling to rescue them.
On Nov. 20, based on nine new COVID cases in Binjari, Michael Gunner, chief minister of the Northern Territories, initiated a “hard lockdown” allowing residents to leave their homes only for medical treatment, emergencies or if required by law.
Dozens of indigenous Australians were taken to quarantine camps. A number of aboriginal leaders allege military personnel and police officers are forcibly vaccinating people in their communities.
In one video circulating on social media, aboriginal elder June Mills put out a call for help claiming “children are being held and vaccinated against their will.” Mills called the actions “an act of war against our people.”
Another video shows two police officers shoving a person described as a “indigenous elder” into the back of a truck while onlookers shout, “This is cultural genocide!”
In Victoria, Premier Dan Andrews proposed bills that would give him the authority to impose $90,000 fines on individuals who violate public health orders, and $455,000 fines on non-compliant businesses.
The proposed legislation also would give law enforcement authority to imprison dissenters for up to two years.
One Parliament member is speaking out. Queensland MP George Robert Christensen called on citizens to rise up against Australia’s draconian COVID measures.
In a recent speech, he said:
“In 21st century, Australia state premiers are racing down that familiar path trying to out-tyrant each other, drunk on power, setting up their own biosecurity police states complete with medical apartheid. Sadly, we’ve enabled it refusing to rein them in – worse, supplying the Australian immunization register data that underpins this medical apartheid.
“The solution is a rediscovery of human dignity, along with — and I don’t say this lightly — civil disobedience.”
CHD asks global citizens to join Australians as they defend their basic freedoms. Together we are fighting for the future of all of our children.
CHD is collecting information on events around the world and will post updates at WorldWideWalkouts. If you don’t live near one of these event cities, please check the list provided for phone numbers in order to make phone calls to stand in solidarity with Australia.
NYC will be standing with Australia. See you in the streets 4pm 150 E 42nd Street. :~)
