13 steps for overcoming the virus
1A. I just added this one for good measure. Have mixed feelings because it is important to know what is going on and we cannot let him get away with his crimes. But what about a boycott on Trump? People are paying way too much attention on him 24/7 feeding his narcissism. Stop airing his live briefings. Stop spreading his lies, videos and talking to his cult fans. There are so many more important things to focus on, resources, solutions and more. Try a fast for a day, a few hours, a few days, a week and see what happens.
1B. Honor your emotions, you are going through a grieving process and feeling conflicting contradictory and too many emotions all at the same time. Do whatever you can to calm down. Spreading mass hysteria, paranoia and fear are not known cures for what is ailing you. Take a walk, scream and yell loudly internally or externally IF you are alone and can do so safely (not advised to do this around small children, pets or strangers). A friend and I used to go to Mount Charleston quiet places and pretend we were wolves and howl. You can write angry letters to whoever you are blaming for the virus and tear them up into shreds. Or yell at them in meditation.Â

2. Liberate yourself from your fears. Keep a feelings, thoughts or dream journal. Change is scary and so is uncertainty. Write down on a regular basis how you are feeling and coping, what works, what makes you mad, sad, upset. Be your own best friend and counselor.Â
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Nelson Mandela and Marianne Williamson
3. Once you are calm, gather with friends digitally and storm the White House website, Congress, mayors, governors, and demand more money, jobs, food, homes for people without them, tests, PPE’s and / or safe water, clean air, and so on. We Americans are too complacent and instead of arguing with your friends and loved ones or attacking strangers online, direct your anger productively towards the people who need to STEP UP NOW.
4. Breathe and boost your immune system.
