None of the experts are suggesting that you do anything to assist your health and your immune system except to stay cooped up, locked down, practice social distancing, wear your mask, and wash your hands.
Despite a large body of research about the many health benefits of our bodies innate ability to heal itself, we have not yet been advised by any official people about how to improve our immune system and general health.
Vaccines are being rushed unproven via Operation Warp Speed. Some people in our culture are waiting for a rushed vaccine. Why take steps to become self accountable for one’s health when the government and pharma is offering such a panacea? Vaccine development usually takes years of research. There are numerous problems with fast-tracked vaccines.
Too many people in our culture have been conditioned to accept and rely upon the fast-fix. This is the prevailing default, and is the main reason that America is nowhere near the top of the list of healthy global societies. We eat junk food, fast food, fake food, processed with chemicals food all the time. We blame others and wonder why so many Americans are sick and dying unlike the Japanese people and people in other cultures who eat healthier diets than we do.
More People Wearing a Mask Got COVID Than Those Who Didn't
New reports are showing that numbers related to the reported use of cloth face coverings or masks in the 14 days before becoming ill. The majority of them — 70.6% — reported that they "always" wore a mask, but they still got sick.
Respondents who became ill, 70.6%, said they always wore a mask, compared to 3.9%, who said they "never" did, and 3.9%, who said they "rarely" did.
This shows that, of the symptomatic adults with COVID-19, 70.6% always wore a mask and still got sick, compared to 7.8% for those who rarely or never did.

Below are Psychiatry Professor Albert Biderman’s work on psychological manipulation and his “chart of coercion,” all of which are clearly related to the C-19 response:
Isolation techniques — Quarantines, social distancing, isolation from loved ones and solitary confinement
Monopolization of perception — Monopolizing the 24/7 news cycle, censoring dissenting views and creating barren environments by closing bars, gyms and restaurants
Degradation techniques — Berating, shaming people (or even physically attacking) those who refuse to wear masks or social distance, or generally choose freedom over fear (Fines, arrests)
Induced debility — Being forced to stay at home and not be able to exercise or socialize
Threats — Threatening with the removal of your children, prolonged quarantine, closing of your business, fines for noncompliance with mask and social distancing rules, forced vaccination and so on
Demonstrating omnipotence/omniscience —
Shutting down the whole world, claiming scientific and medical authority
Enforcing trivial demands — Examples include family members being forced to stand 6 ft apart at the bank even though they arrived together in the same car, having to wear a mask when you walk into a restaurant, even though you can remove it as soon as you sit down, or having to wear a mask when walking alone on the beach
Occasional indulgence — Reopening some stores and restaurants but only at a certain capacity, for example. Part of the coercion plan is that indulgences are always taken away again, though, and they are already saying we may have to shut down the world again this Fall
One Big Lie is about the benefits of mask wearing. The strongest argument for mask wearing is it sounds good. The strongest argument against mask wearing is it does not work.
Surgical masks cannot and do not block the coronavirus or any other virus for that matter. Surgical mask boxes are even printed with the warning that the mask “will not provide any protection against COVID-19 or other viruses,” and “does not reduce the risk of contracting any disease or infection.”
A few people told me recently that wearing masks all of the time have resulted in various symptoms they've never had before, from chapped lips to breathing difficulties to vertigo. from nurses to workers at various stores to caregivers who have to keep masks on all the time.

Mandatory masks and vaccines are unconstitutional.
Contrary to what some people think, mayors and governors don’t make laws — the state legislatures do that — but they can influence city and state legislation as well as invoke executive orders under certain circumstances.
Sometimes sheriffs and local and state police may be asked by their mayor or governor to enforce an executive order. However, some sheriffs may refuse to do that, if they believe the executive order is unconstitutional.
Some sheriffs and peace officers across the country are saying, ‘I will not force people to do that.’

There's no freedom of choice in any of that.
Are the orders to wear masks everywhere we go a preliminary step so that next they’ll be saying you must get the COVID-19 vaccine or you’ll be barred from various locations, your sheriff would be the one to either comply with such orders or refuse to enforce them.
How do you ensure your local sheriff understands and protects your rights under the Constitution? You basically have two options here. Either vote a Constitutional sheriff in, or educate the one you have.

The Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. Its purpose is to create a partnership between the people, the sheriff and the local law enforcement chiefs.
There are just under 3,100 sheriffs in the U.S., and as in all other professions, some are better educated and informed than others. In the case of sheriffs, it’s imperative that they understand, and vow to uphold, the Constitution of the United States.
They need to hear from you, and they need to know you're concerned about this issue. It's great that you go to them and say, ‘Sheriff, I'm a member of the CSPOA. I'm on the Constitutional Sheriff’s Posse’ … If a sheriff hears from 10 of his constituents, he'll say hundreds of people are calling. They can't ignore you …
This is a peaceful and effective solution that is working.
The CSPOA is the only organization of its kind and helps educate sheriffs all around the country.
If we get just a third of the sheriffs to do this Constitutional training, we take back American liberty tomorrow. We don't have to wait for another piece of legislation. We don't have to wait for another election. We can do it now, today.
Article 6 in the Constitution requires federal and state peace officers, including state officials, to swear an oath of allegiance to the U.S. Constitution. This is important, because when they do, liberty is protected at every level of government in all three branches.
All agents, on local, state and federal levels, are supposed to be enforcing the principles in the Constitution.
Ask them, ‘Will you be a Constitutional sheriff? Will you protect me from being victimized by other government? Will you protect me if I don't wear a mask in public? Will you protect me if they come and knock on my door and want to come into my home? Will you protect me and my choice to take a vaccination or not?’ …
We need dozens of people to make those calls. The more people from your local community you get to contact them, the more likely they will listen.
When you get sheriffs and police officers to understand that upholding the Constitution is their actual role, that this is their No. 1 job, the paradigm shifts from kicking in doors and arresting people for not wearing a mask to being a defender of liberty and a guard of the Constitution.
Once a sheriff is committed to the principles of being a defender of the Constitution, then they will typically train their entire police department, since the deputies are the ones with boots on the ground, answering most of the calls.
Boost Your Immune System
Recommendations for immune system health. Any lifestyle activity which promotes immune system health will also engender overall health:
Avoid sugar and sugar containing foods. Sugar is a very potent suppressant of the immune system.
Avoid processed foods which contain sugar, industrialized fats, and chemical additives. Eat only whole foods.
Move your body. Exercise is a potent booster of immune system function.
Improve your sleep routine. During sleep our body regenerates at all levels.
Adopt a positive attitude of optimism. Stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness are documented assassins of immune system health.
Expose yourself to nature as much as possible on a daily basis. Nature is one of the best healers and teachers. Take advantage of its presence while we still have it. The plant and animal world is supremely intelligent; much more so than we humans who are currently on an unchecked path of destruction of the natural world.
Cucumbers contain polyphenols called lignans, which reduce risk of breast, uterine, ovarian, and prostate #cancer. Eat them often as slices, in a salad or as part of food. You could also put them in your water to make it more alkaline.
Zinc
Your immune system is your first line of defense against all disease, especially infectious disease, and there are many different ways to boost your immune system and improve its function. One nutrient that plays a very important role in your immune system's ability to ward off viral infections is zinc.
Zinc gluconate,1 zinc acetate2 and zinc sulphate3 have all been shown to reduce the severity and duration of viral infections such as the common cold. Zinc also appears to be the key ingredient in treatment protocols using hydroxychloroquine (HCQ).
The reason for this is because HCQ is a zinc ionophore (zinc transport molecule),4,5 meaning it's a drug that improves your cells' uptake of zinc. Once inside your cells, zinc prevents viral replication.6This is also why zinc and zinc ionophores need to be taken very early in the illness, or as a prophylactic.
The problem is that zinc is largely insoluble and cannot easily enter through the fatty wall of your cells. Getting all the way into the cell is crucial, as this is where the viral replication occurs. This is why zinc ionophores are so important.
Other natural, and safer, zinc ionophores include quercetin and epigallocatechin-gallate (EGCG). If given early, zinc along with a zinc ionophore should, at least theoretically, help lower the viral load and prevent the immune system from becoming overloaded.
Nutritional Supplementation
Nutritional supplements are a proven and reliable way to strengthen the immune system. There are thousands of published articles, based on research, which validate the importance of natural chemistry for all aspects of our health.
A basic core nutritional immune support regimen that I am using and recommending includes vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc, N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC), omega fatty acids, and probiotics. These natural elements are well researched and documented for their role in supporting immune function and controlling inflammatory cytokines which cause excessive immune system reactions.
Below is a listing of supplements which will strengthen and boost immune system function.
Vitamin D… Vitamin D is critical for immune system health, and overall health. Vitamin K2 is important because it promotes bone and blood vessel health.
Zinc Supreme…zinc is the mineral which drives the immune system, catalyzing its biochemical maintenance and function. Because zinc is not well represented in foods, most people are zinc deficient. A healthy zinc level is important for the function of the immune system, brain, bones, cardiovascular system, male hormone system, prostate gland, and connective tissue formation. Zinc catalyzes the enzymes which allow for taste and smell. Loss of smell has become a major marker for COVID-19, and loss of taste is also reported, which is very suggestive of zinc deficiency. At least half the population is zinc deficient. This deficiency can worsen quickly and severely in a major infection. Everyone hospitalized with COVID-19 should have a zinc level tested. We know with flu that zinc reduces risk of pneumonia 50%.
Immuno-Zn Lozenge…a delicious lozenge containing 25 mg. of zinc and 100 mg. of elderberry. This lozenge has zero grams of sugar. Maximum dosing would be 1 lozenge twice daily, which delivers 50 mg. of zinc.
Liposomal Vitamin C…the most potent way to take vitamin C via the oral route is with a liposomal delivery system. Except for those with G6PD deficiency, vitamin C can be used in high amounts with no ill effects. There are thousands of articles about the importance and efficacy of vitamin C in alleviating infectious diseases, and other diseases.
Liposomal B …a liposomal delivery system of the B vitamin family which insures high absorption.
Quercetin is a powerful immune booster and broad-spectrum antiviral. It also inhibits the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, which may be beneficial since serious COVID-19 infection and subsequent death appears to be due to cytokine storm activity. Quercetin acts to assist the passsage of zinc into the cells. Zinc interferes directly with the Coronavirus replicase enzyme. This enzyme allows the virus to reproduce itself.
Quercetin + Nettles…a capsule containing quercetin and nettles. Research suggests that nettle’s anti-inflammatory actions are attributed to its ability to interrupt the production and actions of inflammation-producing cytokines, prostaglandins and leukotreines. This will help to modulate and control cytokine storm responses.
N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC)…this is an amino acid complex that is the precursor to glutathione production, the body’s most important antioxidant, and also promotes optimal liver detoxification and immune system health. NAC is well researched for its role in optimizing lung health.
Probiotics and gastrointestinal health…the health of gut chemistry and gut lining is paramount for a variety of reasons. DFH has very good probiotic formulations which can be seen at the bottom of this page.
Essential fatty acids…DFH has the most extensive offering of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids that I know of. These 2 fatty acids are essential in cell membrane anatomy and function, and in regulating a myriad of our biochemical functions via their role in the production of micro hormone intracellular signaling system of prostaglandins E1 and E3.

Owning a nebulizer is a good idea, in general. This virus transmits easily from any inanimate surface where it has been deposited by coughing and sneezing. It can live on surfaces for up to 12 hours; some say for 3 days. A simple and effective tactic is to spray your most used surfaces (kitchen, bathroom and even furniture) daily, let the liquid sit on the surface for a few minutes, and then wipe it down. You can also carry a spray bottle in your vehicle for times when you are out and about.
Liposomal Cat’s Claw…this is a liposomal delivery of the Una de Gato herb. Uncaria tomentosa (botanical name) is a woody vine found in the tropical jungles of South and Central America and has been well researched and documented for its effectiveness in immune system enhancement.
