Healing Crises
Allergies, oxygen and detox
This week I had a health crisis. I have been suffering from allergies from the high pollen count from trees where I live (just learned about that) and my oxygen levels were plummeting into the 80’s. I did not know that levels fluctuate and I stayed on oxygen for two days and two nights. I became scared thinking that I was dying. We need to breathe air with oxygen to survive. I normally have shortness of breath due to heart conditions but I have never been on oxygen for two days and nights.
The good news is it inspired me to ask for help and receive new guidance. I received a lot of love, encouragement and support from dear friends who I am very grateful and appreciate their kind words, suggestions and healing love and light and energy.
Immediately, I felt better and was able to stop using the oxygen. I kept checking my levels to confirm I was ok. Then I found out that there is another hospice group in my area that I did not know about. It is good to have options and I talked to their representative. I have had mostly a positive experience with my current nurse and there have been issues that have yet to be resolved. There are some differences between the two hospice agencies. I’ve pretty much decided to stay with the one I have for now and at end of life, I think the other one will be better for me.
It also became clear that I want regular holistic healing sessions as I had one on the phone that was amazing. I learned simple, easy to follow exercises to do including an acupressure technique, to utilize a particular inexpensive machine and visualize the oximeter numbers rising.
Another friend suggested taking my Bach Flowers Rescue Remedy, drinking ginger tea, and tapping my feet onto the ground to help my blood circulation.
One friend sent me ASEA Renu (three tubes) that is an incredible moisturizer as well as takes away pain. I used to use it, have not had any in a long time and she sent me three tubes for free as a wonderful gift.
I have been healing my broken heart emotionally and during the session, we talked about other ways to heal my heart. And I found this online.

How to heal a broken heart
Acknowledge you have a broken heart.
If you want to heal your heart, a point comes when you have to stimulate it gently into working again, rather than keeping it in an un-stimulated ‘safe’ state – that isn’t really safe because it will get worse without exercise.
1) Sunlight stimulates Hunter’s Brain Point 1 – the Pineal Gland.
Sunlight in our eyes, tells the heart, “We’re alive. Wake up, come on. It’s time to get going.”
The people who get enough sunlight, have healthier hearts. People with weak hearts nearly ALWAYS feel better in the sunlight and take a turn for the better if they get regular sunlight.
Sunlight therefore supports the heart muscle’s ability to expand fully. I’ve seen it work as good as a blood dilating drug for children with heart conditions, specifically those with myopathy (degeneration or weakening of the heart muscle).
Herbs which thrive in full light support the heart though they’re not the traditional first line of treatment for heart problems. Those just happen to look like the sun as well. Dandelion, Calendula, Marigold, Sunflower.
If it looks like the sun, it helps the heart expand.
Once the heart muscle expands, it contacts automatically. As it does so, the lungs expand taking in a good amoutn of air and then release it. A nice good rousing exercise for the entire body.
Vitamin D is very good for the heart.
2) Hunter’s Brain Point 2 – The Heels of the Feet
We’ve got pressure sensors at the soles of our feet. These pressure sensors report to the heart and the heart responds by expanding and contracting with more vigor, pushing blood to the muscles to strengthen them to walk on or do whatever it is we have to do.
It’s quite easy to tell the state of a person’s general muscle condition by how firm the soles of their feet are. One of the first signs of death is the soles going flabby.
Rub your soles together as you sit, massage them, push them against an exercise ball, or stand up on the front part of your feet like a ballerina and then fall back on your heels giving your whole body a start. Feel your hell grinding into the ground as you walk.
3) Hunter’s Brain Point 3 – The Balls of the Palms
This is the area that’s the equivalent of the heel of the foot.
The pressure sensors here tell the heart you’re doing heavy work and need more robust blood supply.
Kneading dough is one way to support the heart and muscles everywhere as it exercises this area. But there are other things to do, clapping, rubbing the base of both palms together, massaging them, using one of those small squeezy balls, doing push-ups putting pressure on this area.
If you have severe muscle atrophy the return of sensation to this area could even be painful so go slow.
4) Hunter’s Brain Point 4 – The Back of the Neck
The back of the neck is, in our time, a highly stressed area. It’s a place with environmental sensors. It’s where we feel it when we have to turn around suddenly, where we feel it when someone’s staring at us from behind.
Heart tension and pain can be relieved by massaging this area, and wonderfully enough, the heart can be stimulated by massaging it, enlivening it.
For those who have spent months in hospital with heart problems, even though this area is often tender and hypersensitive, pressing here, helps the body get back muscle tone by stimulating the heart.
When we press this Hunter’s Brain point, we are telling the heart, “I need to live, I need to work in this environment, I want to use my instincts, now come on, make it happen.”
5) Hunter’s Brain Point 5 – The Seat of the Body
The butt’s got pressure sensors connected straight to the heart.
Any kind of heart condition where there’s been shock involved, is relieved by pressuring the butt. Massage would work well, but sitting on a hard surface and rocking back and forth seems to have the quickest results.
Those with angina or heart pain will find it giving pain relief almost instantly as it comforts the nerve endings in the heart muscle.
When the Hunter sits down, the message goes to the heart, “We’re alright. We’re alright. Yes it’s been hard but we’re alright.”

One could say that we are all in a health crisis in the world with COVID, a virus, having been on the center stage now for more than two years. Government leaders, drug companies and the media do not seem to be willing to END the pandemic, no matter what. There is a lot going on that is not right about this including the censorship of doctors, scientists, journalists and anyone who does not go along with the narrative, incessant push for people to take the jab, lack of knowledge about the serious side effects of the injections, and suppression of early treatments.
Early Prevention and Treatment Options
Another different friend suggested another breathing exercise as well as sent me a video on Facebook with a guy I never heard of who calls himself the Medical Medium, Anthony Williams. He recommended buying products from two companies Wyman’s and Vimergy and said that we all need to be taking daily high quality Vitamin C, Zinc, Lemon Balm, and Cat’s Claw. He suggested mixing the Vitamin C with raw honey or organic maple syrup because the glucose binds the Vitamin C into the cells. He also talked about the Zinc feeds your immune system and weakens the bugs (virus, bacteria and other pathogens). Lemon Balm is an anti-viral.
I LOVE the Wyman’s wild blueberries, been making smoothies with it and FaJe yogurt. Yummy.
