Being locked down is what happens to inmates in jails and prisons. But too many Americans now, in California and other states, have been imprisoned in their homes for more than nine months due to a false number of cases of COVID (false positives) from the PCR test currently being used as a diagnostic tool. The media and politicians have ramped UP the fear which has provided increased amounts of stress, fear and worry for millions of citizens.
The PCR test was never meant to be used in the way that it has been used since it cannot measure LIVE viruses nor tell whether a person IS infected or contagious (via the inventor of the PCR Test).

On November 11, a Portugal ruling concluded that the widespread use of the PCR test for COVID-19 is simply not reliable. Yet, the mainstream media continues to suppress this kind of information and calls anyone that reports on it a “conspiracy theorist.”
The ruling – brought against Azores Regional Health Authority on behalf of a group of tourists who were held in the country against their will – cites research that severely questions the coronavirus test reliability.
Four German tourists were reportedly held against their will this summer in a Portuguese hotel after one of them tested positive for the pandemic virus on a so-called COVID-19 PCR test (the other three, considered “close contacts,” were also ordered to quarantine).
A lower court ruled in favor of the tourists. The Azores Regional Health Authority subsequently appealed. But on November 11, Portuguese judges upheld the ruling, supporting the tourists and acknowledging that they were detained illegally in the country. The Azores Regional Health Authority, the judges concluded, violated international and national law.
Why did the judges stand with the tourists? First of all, these individuals were reportedly never assessed by a licensed physician. Secondly, the judges acknowledged that the COVID-19 PCR test has questionable reliability.
The judges cited a recent study from Clinical Infectious Diseases that concludes the COVID false-positive rate is as high as 97 percent. If you get a positive COVID-19 PCR test result, there’s only a 3 percent chance that the test result is accurate, according to this research, which was cited in the trial.
WHY ARE AMERICANS/CALIFORNIANS BEING LOCKED DOWN DUE TO RISING “CASES?”
Working from Home Issues
According to one recent survey conducted by researchers from the University of California, the call to work from home has triggered a range of physical and mental health effects that could have long-lasting repercussions on American taxpayers. For millions of people the lockdowns can be just as bad (if not worse) than the threat of COVID-19.
The USC-based survey, which was recently published in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, asked nearly 1,000 people how working from home due to the pandemic has affected their mental and physical well-being.
Here are a few major findings:
More than 6 in 10 people reported one or more new physical health problems, including neck pain
Almost three-quarters of respondents report a new mental health issue, including depression
Workers are reporting less physical activity, increased consumption of junk food, and increased food intake overall (a tried-and-true recipe for obesity and other chronic health conditions)
Job satisfaction and productivity have also suffered, with many reporting increased distractions, less effective communication with colleagues, and increased time spent at workstations (by an average of 1.5 hours)
The survey found that female workers earning less than $100,000 per year were more likely to report two or more additional health problems. Females, in general, were also more likely to report depression. Parents of toddlers reported more mental and physical health issues.
Suicides and domestic violence and abuse is ON THE RISE with NO ESCAPE for children and women (generally the victims).
Social isolation from friends and loved ones and living with school closings, no more FUN holiday celebrations and working remotely is NOT NORMAL AND SHOULD NOT BECOME THE NEW NORMAL.
These hardships have led to public mental health challenges on a massive scale.
Go Outside in the Sunshine
Research tells us spending time outside can help lower our stress and improve our well-being. And Vitamin D deficiency is linked to COVID/virus infection symptoms and even death.
It IS Easy Going Green
Mitigate pandemic worry and frustration. A growing body of research indicates spending time in natural green spaces — parks, woodlands, mountains and beaches — NATURAL THERAPY / SCENIC WONDERS AND BEAUTY have healing properties and underscores the value of exposure to nature for your mental and physical health especially during pandemic restrictions.
Let Mother Nature calm and relax you, infusing you with mental clarity to replace the stress during these challenging times.
Green time is associated with better mental health and cognitive functioning. A study in Scientific Reports found evidence that spending a minimum of 120 minutes a week in parks, woodlands, mountains or beaches is linked to better physical and mental health and enlarges your perspective on life. Plus, taking “Awe Walks”—strolls in which you intentionally shift your attention outward to the natural environment instead of inward, where you could be thinking of unfinished work—may mitigate many of the effects of prolonged sitting, chronic screen time and virtual fatigue.
Instead of eating lunch at your desk, find a park, arboretum, or other natural setting. Be mindful of the breeze, notice the colors and smells of leaves and flowers, pay attention to the sounds of insects in the bushes, rushing water, or warbling birds. If you can and have time on a break, take a walk around the block or a stroll in a green space, and you will go back to your desk with batteries recharged and head cleared.
Regular Doses of Nature
A regular dose of outdoor time can help mitigate the stress of coronavirus
Research shows that observing nature gives us a bigger perspective on our life circumstances, induces feelings of awe and reverence, and provides a certainty about the future that offsets the uncertainty of coronavirus fears.
Being outside in nature, even viewing the ocean waves or mountains, make us feel anchored and settled. A wave of calm descends, raises spirits, and leads to feelings of awe and inspirtation.
John Muir: “We are now in the mountains and they are in us, kindling enthusiasm, making every nerve quiver, filling every pore and cell of us.”
Nature in and around your home may help mitigate some of the negative mental health effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Scientists in Tokyo, Japan conducted a survey of 3,000 citizens to quantify the association between five mental health outcomes (depression, life satisfaction, happiness, self-esteem, and loneliness) and the frequency of green space use and the presence of a green view through a window in the home.
The researchers identified an association between green space use and window views and higher self-esteem, life satisfaction, and happiness as well as lower incidences of depression and loneliness. “Our results suggest that nearby nature can serve as a buffer in decreasing the adverse impacts of a very stressful event on humans,” said lead author Masashi Soga of The University of Tokyo. “Protecting natural environments in urban areas is important not only for the conservation of biodiversity, but also for the protection of human health.”
As the days get shorter and colder and you can’t get outside, no worries. Studies suggest that simply viewing an aspect of nature from a window is restorative. Find a window and watch a squirrel scamper up a tree, birds nesting, or a magenta-bruised sunset. According to scientists, bringing the natural world inside reduces work stress and promotes calm and clarity. Breathe as much natural life into your personal space as possible by arranging your workstation to face scenes of wooded areas, water, sunset, landscapes or wildlife. If you don’t have a view, nature photos or paintings are good substitutes.
An open window or patio with a soft breeze and nature sounds adds a natural touch. If you live in an urban area, you can bring in potted green plants, fresh flowers or a terrarium. Plus, a tabletop trickling waterfall, an aquarium, fish bowl or a CD with nature sounds could have stress-relieving and restorative properties. Breathe natural life into your workspace to optimize your productivity and capture the surprising twists and turns that bubble up from your creative depths. Studies indicate that you can get nature’s benefits without even leaving your sofa, that simply watching a nature documentary and listening to sounds of nature’s music can reduce anxiety and raise your mood.
Lockdown/Coronasomnia
Whether it’s due to a fear of contracting COVID-19, financial worries, or social isolation, insomnia during the pandemic—which some have dubbed “coronasomnia”—is also widespread right now. While many of the reports of increased insomnia during the pandemic are anecdotal, a report from the National Institutes of Health highlighted a study early in the pandemic that “revealed very high rates of clinically significant insomnia”—likely fueled by acute stress, anxiety and depression.
The long-term use of sleep medications, including over-the-counter medications, could be harmful: No sleep medications, including OTC meds (those that can be purchased without a prescription, such as Benadryl), should be taken longer than 7 days without consulting a physician.
You might have underlying issues that need to be addressed to truly help your insomnia: If those issues are addressed, your sleep quality may improve and you may not need sleep medications. Your doctor can make sure you are aware of potential side effects of certain insomnia drugs, including those that could be dangerous: One example is the risk of engaging in complex sleep activities. Those activities could include anything from eating to wandering around the house to DRIVING while asleep—“sleepwalking” to the extreme.
Taking sleeping pills can be risky. There are over the counter homeopathic remedies that can help people sleep such as Calms Forte and Bach Flowers remedies. These are NOT addictive and long known therapeutics, are safe and can also be pain and stress relievers.
Guided meditations and musical meditations can be found in abundance on You Tube and other places online and through Sounds True and other companies such as NeuralSync’s Snowfall Harmony and other inner journey sounds are great for relaxation and peace. These provide sleep inducing peacefulness, pain relief, stress release and more.
Good “sleep hygiene” practices such as limiting screen time before bed and important. Keep your cell phone off and away from your bed, along with your laptop / computer.
A few tips to optimize your work from home routine:
Have a dedicated workspace in your home, if possible
Minimize distractions (e.g., close doors, silence phones and notifications, let your family know when you need total focus)
Optimize lighting and ambient temperature to promote comfort and ergonomic safety
Add a few plants (research, including a recent randomized cross-over trial from the Journal of Physiological Anthropology, suggests being around indoor plants can help reduce mental and physical stress) and use an indoor air purification unit to eliminate indoor air pollution
Commit to daily physical activity like, walking and follow a healthy diet – which includes the consumption of clean (purified) water and organic vegetables, on a daily basis
Husbands NOW more than EVER need to help their family by doing housework, elder care and child care.
Food/Diet Is Very Important
Did you know that hot dogs, bacon, ham and other processed meats pose a danger to your health? Everyone should know that these foods are now listed alongside other cancer-causing activities such as smoking and asbestos exposure in the Group 1 category.
WARNING: Nitrites are the probable cause of harm caused by lunch meats
The American Institute of Cancer Research recommends eating as little processed meat as possible. Remember, there is no safe amount of processed meat, so it is best to avoid it altogether.
