Republicans file Supreme Court brief opposing Biden's vaccine mandate

Forty-six (46) Republican Senators and 139 Republicans in the House of Representatives have filed a "friend of the court" amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in the upcoming case challenging the Biden administration's vaccine mandates for private companies.
The Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments Friday on two federal policies: a vaccine-or-test mandate for workers at large employers (with more than 100 employees), and a vaccine mandate for health care workers at facilities that receive federal funding.
The brief supports the lawsuit filed by 26 industry associations challenging the mandates. It urges the Court to find the mandates unconstitutional.
The members state the following in the brief:
“Congressional members have an interest in the powers they delegate to agencies not being abused—the legislative authority vested in the federal government belongs to Congress, not the Executive branch. In this case, the promulgation by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration of a sweeping, nationwide vaccine mandate on businesses intrudes into an area of legislative concern far beyond the authority of the agency. And it does so with a mandate enacted through OSHA’s seldom-used ‘emergency temporary standard’ provision that allows for bypass of notice and comment rule-making under certain circumstances."

I’m going to frame the last 2 years a little bit differently.
I want to talk about The War on Zinc, a war that you haven’t heard of.
Have you ever wondered why all the early treatment protocols and combinations always include Zinc?
The famous two are:
Ivermectin (IVM) + Zinc + etc.
Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) + Zinc + etc.
And now with the banning of IVM and HCQ we have:
Quercetin (QUE) + Zinc + etc.
What’s the common theme, yep, it’s Zinc.
Have you wondered why? Well, it inhibits viral replication.
Now, stop and think about that for a moment. The pathway from virus to disease IS replication.
You need a certain about of virus particles or “viral load” to then have “disease” which means that you have “symptoms” such as coughing and sneezing that the virus uses to “transmit” itself to another person.
So, if the virus cannot “replicate” it cannot reach its target “viral load” to make you ill and infectious to others.
So, anything that stops replication stops the whole sad story in its tracks.
That thing is Zinc.
Imagine your cells as having photocopiers in them (virus copiers). The reason that the virus wants to enter your cells is so that it can use those photocopiers to copy itself many times over to reach its target viral load.
Now think of Zinc as the sledgehammer to the copier. No more copying, no more viral replication, no more viral load and no more symptoms and transmission.
IVM and HCQ have many mechanisms of action against SARS-Cov-2 but one of their most important mechanisms is that they act as an “ionophore” for Zinc. Ionophore is a fancy word for Mule, they “smuggle” Zinc into the cells so that it can go to work on the copier.
It has seemed as if it was a War on IVM and a War on HCQ, and off course it has been, but I think it’s really been a War on Zinc. Without Zinc, I doubt the myriad of early treatment protocols would be as effective as they have been.
But with the banning of IVM and HCQ, Quercetin (QUE) has emerged as another effective mule ready to smuggle Zinc into the copier room.
They haven’t tried to ban QUE yet, and I don’t think they will. They achieved their jabbing objectives by going after IVM and HCQ so the rewards for going after QUE are small to none.
That’s good for us, it means we can put together simple, over the counter early treatment protocols that will improve the odds of getting on top of Covid quickly while the viral load is low.
In my mind, the battle got framed along these lines:
There are two groups of people.
Team mRNA
One group want to smuggle high risk mRNA (as a proxy for all the different genetic material used), using Lipid Nanoparticles (etc.) into your cells so that they produce dangerous spike protein to train your immune system to temporarily fight SARS-Cov-2 and temporarily reduce severe disease (dubious claim but let’s go with it).
Team Zinc
While a second group wants to smuggle safe Zinc into your cells, using safe IVM (HCQ, QUE etc) so that it can stop SARS-Cov-2 in its tracks and prevent replication.
Pick a Team.
While we are on the subject, one of the reasons that chicken soup has worked so well over the years as a remedy for colds and flus is because it has been a source of Zinc!
Zelenko’s Protocol, especially for low risk patients, is quite easy to replicate in Australia (and the USA):

Note that it is Elemental Zinc.
Zinc comes in many different forms, and you need to figure out how to convert the maths to Elemental Zinc. For example Zinc Citrate 30mg would convert into 10mg of Elemental Zinc.

I also want to say a word or two about Ivermectin before I wrap up.
I hadn’t realised until listening to Robert Kennedy Jr’s book (The Real Anthony Fauci) that IVM has SO MANY different mechanisms of action. 20 that we know of. One of them is acting as a Zinc mineral mule, but there are 19 other actions.
Here are all 20 mechanisms of action:

Withholding IVM (and HCQ) from the world is direct action to kill people. It is direct action with intent. When you kill someone with intent, it’s called murder.
20+ countries utilize Ivermectin including Japan. It is an over the counter drug that is cheap, safe and effective and has saved lives in 20+ countries including Japan, India, Ecuador, Mexico and Africa.
How Dr. Brian Tyson "persuaded" CVS to fill his ivermectin prescriptions
Tyson retained an attorney, Matthew P. Tyson (no relation), to draft a letter that was hand-delivered to the pharmacy. He's not had any trouble since then.

Brian was permanently banned from Twitter on December 20; apparently, Twitter believes that doctors who save people from dying from COVID using early treatments are a danger to society. Here’s Pierre’s tweet about it:
I asked Brian if he was getting any love from the Medical Boards. He said they are trying to take away his license to practice medicine.
Then I asked him about whether he’s having any trouble having his prescriptions filled. He said recently he had some problems, but retained a lawyer (with the same last name) who drafted a nice letter to the pharmacy who then wisely decided to cooperate.

The chaos in Israel is off the charts. Testing lines snake around for hours, children are being shoved into quarantine over and over, classes are attended sparsely, and nobody knows what the HELL is going on. Rules change by the hour, WhatsApp groups are nonstop questions about where/when/who needs to get tested and go into quarantine. Results are taking double the amount of time to return from the lab.
….What are we doing to our kids?! The level of stress that this is imposing on our children is off the charts. They’re prisoners in an asylum run by the insane. It’s time for educators to start pushing back and protecting the children. We’ve entrusted them with caring for our children for the majority of their waking hours, and they’re failing. Big time.
As for the Green Pass, we have one absolute hero named Dean. He’s been going around the country to 3-4 malls per day, and he informs people that they’re free to choose what to do with their bodies, informs the stores who enforce the Green Pass that they’re partaking in segregation, and he peacefully reminds policemen that they work for us, the people, not the other way around, and as living, breathing citizens we have full rights to breathe fresh air without a mask on our face. We have to peacefully disrupt this broken system in any way we can, or nothing will break it. It’s turned into a giant out-of-control monster with no brake mechanism in place besides for us, the people.

He recently published a book called In Trump Time. In it he describes the uphill battle he faced every day in the Coronavirus Task Force. He was at odds with Fauci from the beginning, but one thing stuck out. He said the only way the Travel Ban on China got put in place when it did, even though the entire neocon faction of the GOP was reluctant to do so, is because he covered their inboxes with memos. He calls it “Paper the hell out of them”. If there’s a paper trail that someone in a position of authority received notice of something and he or she ignored it, it increases their personal liability.

Suicide attempts among girls rose 51% in 2021
Between 2019 and 2020, adolescent overdose mortality rose from 2.35 per 100,000 to 4.58 per 100,000, a 94.3% increase

As noted by CBS reporter Jan Crawford during a Face the Nation roundtable discussion1 December 26, 2021, children have — by far — the lowest risk for serious COVID-19 infection and, in her view, COVID policies have therefore had an outsized impact on children and teens.
“Even teenagers, you know, a healthy teenager, has a one in a million chance of getting and dying from COVID, which is way lower than ... dying in a car wreck on a road trip. But they have suffered and sacrificed the most,” Crawford said.
“And now we have the Surgeon General saying there's a mental health crisis among our kids. The risk of suicide attempts among girls [is] now up 51% this year, [and] Black kids [are] nearly twice as likely as white kids to die by suicide.
School closures, lockdowns, cancellation of sports. You couldn't even go on a playground in the D.C. area without cops ... shooing the kids off. [It has had a] tremendous negative impact on kids, and it's been an afterthought.
You know, it’s hurt their dreams, their future learning ... risk of abuse, their mental health ... [If] our policies don't reflect a more measured and reasonable approach for our children, they will be paying for our generation's decisions [for] the rest of their lives. And that, to me, is the greatest underreported story of the past year.”

This isn’t a definitive methodology, but it usually gets the right answer.
Telltale signs include:
Person was recently jabbed.
Company the person works for recently enforced jabbination or face job loss.
The person is young with no health conditions.
The cause of death is not revealed or unknown (or is cardiac arrest, bleeding in the brain, and other low-probability events that don’t fit the person’s history).
The press describes the death using terms like unexpectedly, sudden death, left this world abruptly, tragic loss, unexplained death, etc.
Readers are cautioned “please refrain from reporting rumors and speculative reports”
The fact that the person was recently jabbed is always omitted from the news story.
